Most recommended to friends I was on my third bottle when I started recommending it to friends. I gave a few to my chiropractor and he loved it and ordered some for his afternoon "lows". This is a great combination of B-Complex Vitamin and L-Carnitine, and definately gives a steady stream of energy through the day. Take this with a cup of coffee in the morning and you're essentially drinking a 5-hour energy, and saving yourself serious money. February 5, 2010

Expensive I got this because it had much of what I wanted in one capsule. Lots of B12, some Chromium, L-Carnitien and Alpha Lipoic Acid. However, I don't think my body utilized all that B12 and I can buy the other ingredients separately for a much cheaper price. December 4, 2008
