I think it works. Subtle changes noted This vitacost brands has the same ingrediants as life extensions. Their both Lipowheat (Made from the same patented process if my info is correct). I have been taking this for about 3 months. My skin is well moisturized (even though I don't use a moisturizer). I had some really bad dry skin problems that have gone away. Why I gave it 4 stars. Because I take Pycangenol and Omega 3s which have been known to improve skin conditions dramatically. I will keep taking this combo though since my Ex-wife said I look much younger ! some difference I always come to Vitacost first. I bought Life Extension initially because Vitacost didn't offer a comparable product. I have been happy with it and will continue taking it. Satisfied! Life Extention was out of this product all over the net, because of Dr. Oz. After extensive web searching, I found the Viacost brand and decided to try it. First of all, I have nothing to compare it to, since I never tried any product like it before. It is less expensive than the Life Extention brand and I am pleased with the results. I have been using it for close to 2 months and I do see a difference in my skin. I am 50 years old and still have oily skin, so helping with dryness is not an issue. I have though noticed that the lines on my face are less visible. I haven't changed facial products. I do take other spplements for aging, but did notice a difference when I added this product to my daily supplements. I also eat healthy and drink plenty of water. I plan to continue with this product and hopefully the positive results will continue. It hasn't however helped with my aging hands. I live in a cold climate and my hands are in water a lot.
