Vitacost Natural Vitamin E Complex 400 IU with Mixed Tocopherols -- 90 Softgels
contains soy, probably GMO
Most Vitamin E products are derived from soy and I suspect are GMO. I didn't realize it when I bought this product. It doesn't say non-GMO, so I am suspicious and will stick with matcha tea instead.

My doctor recommended that I take Vitamin E!
The Vitacost Brand Vitamin E Softgels are very easy to swallow and no problems at all with these! Highly recommend as this is a great brand and always a great price.

Beats all the other brands hands down!
I have to admit that I'm getting seriously impressed with Vitacost's own supplement products. This is my fourth as well as Red Yeast Rice, L -Argenine and Muscadine Grape Seed and I have to say that they are just as good if not BETTER than more expensive label brands.
As far as this product is concerned, I much prefer it to the Jarrow Tocotrienols which made me go slightly crazy in the head...I gave them away in favour of these though I've yet to get my tests done to see the hard evidence but I certainly feel a lot better since taking them. You just can't get this quality for this price in the UK, so a big THANK YOU to Vitacost for making such great products. I will continue to buy.
