Please be sure to buy non flushing I recently bought a niacin which was not non flushing. It was a scary situation for my hubby & I till I figured out what was going on. This product is great. No flushing at all. My hubby & I both take it daily. He takes 3 & I take 1. May 5, 2013

Too Early I have taken this for only a few weeks so have not felt anything good or bad in that short time. But I did want to just report that there is definitely NO flushing with this niacinamide. So, I have high hopes. June 1, 2012

What is vitamin B3?

Vitamin B3 is one of eight B vitamins—vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B12 (cyanocabalamin) and folic acid—often referred to as B complex.

Vitamin B3 is water soluble, meaning it’s not stored in the body and must be replaced daily. It can be found in many foods, including meat, fish, milk, eggs, green vegetables, cereal grains and yeast.
