Vitacost Norwegian Salmon Oil 100% Wild Caught -- 2200 mg per serving - 240 Softgels
The equilibrium level of fatty acids in the body
Knowing that omega 3 essential fatty acids can not be released by the body, so must obtain them from the diet. Herbal oils such as those found in flaxseed and walnuts contain ALA (alpha linolenic acid) which our body can convert it into EPA and DHA, and they also do not contain all the eight acids omega-3. Salmon oil naturally contains all eight omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA / DHA, so that the body does not convert ALA.
I am very happy with this product, it is the 3rd time I buy.

Great product and one real standout
Fish oil tablets come a dime a dozen, so to speak but this one stands out because of its purity and it doesn't come back up at you with any bad taste. I bought my first batch a couple months ago and I was delighted with that last feature. So many leave you burping up fish taste-ugh. And at 2200 mg, you get a good dose that can even be only once a day, depending on your physicians recommendation. It's a win-win.
