Not comfortabe to swallow I ordered this product and Jarrow Formulas pantethine at the same time to compare. Glad I did becasue they are very different. These tablets are not coated and reminded me of old fashioned aspirin. I much preferred the jarrow capsules. January 21, 2013

Misleading It doesn't contain as much real Pantethine as other brands. Look on the back, it says 55% while the front of the bottle says 450 mg. I did try Source Naturals before I tried this product and wished I would have reordered it instead. I like most NSI products, but not this one. I couldn't feel it like I did w/ Source Naturals 300 mg Pantethine. September 7, 2009

Do the product comparison & learn I compared this product side-by-side with Jarrow's Pantethine and guess what? NSI's has only half the pantethine as Jarrows. So, while NSI's is cheaper, Jarrows has more product for our bucks. And I translate that to more effective. I have just started on pantethine, so I don't have any results to report yet. Pantesin Trial This is a quality product provided by NSI/Vitacost. However, after a month of use, I have experienced no enhancement in well-being, energy, etc. I will not continue pantethine in my future regimen. July 20, 2007
