Again, amazing I wrote a review about evening primrose oil, taking it along with PhytoEstrogen Ultra. I do not know if this works if taken by itself. I could find no relief for hot flashes and spent a fortune on natural supplements, but nothing worked. I decided to try evening primrose oil (1300mg.) and take the PhytoEstrogen. I take them together, 1 in the morning, and 1 in the evening. I did that for 2 weeks. I got the relief I needed, and now I just take 1 in the mornings, as my hot flashes are much worse in the morning, than at night. The combination really works for me. April 22, 2013

Has helped with my hormone issues. I have had great success with balancing my hormones while using this product. I have found that I can take one a day and the night sweats and irritability issues have been resolved. Very pleased with this product! January 25, 2013

Wonderful product This pill has it all!! It's enabled me to lose the 8 lbs. I tried to lose for 2 yrs unsuccessfully before using Ultra, I sleep better, my mood has improved considerably and 2 people have told me that my skin looks better -- less dry.
