Works, but hard to take I haven't been using the product all that long, but it seems to be helping my prostate problem pretty well. The down side is that the dosage recommended requires taking two large "horse pills" every day. I have gotten the same amount of saw palmetto (320 mg) elsewhere in one much smaller pill (although with no additional ingredients). April 20, 2013
