this product is easy to take I have been taken Vitacost Quercetin & Bromelain for some months now and I am very satisfied with this product. Combined with other natural products and even if I eat something which upsets my stomach it works fast to relieve any symptoms. I would recommend this product to anyone with digestive problems.
