Nice product! I've been using the Raspberry Ketones in conjunction with the green coffee extract so I can't say that this product works alone. However, I had previously been watching what I eat and exercising, and had not been able to drop weight easily. After the first 2 weeks using this, I was able to lose 4 lbs. Again, I am watching my diet but this product gave me that needed nudge! Lost another lb since, so I recommend trying this product. April 2, 2013
