BEWARE- HUGE! This is a huge pill of compressed ingredients. It is a tablet and not a capsule. That is why the serving is only ONE to get the 1200mg of red yeast rice, whereas the vitacost capsules are only 600mg each because they are of normal size- powder inside of a two piece casing. If you have any problems swallowing pills, then these are not for you. -Just purchase the 600 mg red yeast rice and take two of those which are very effective. If you can swallow any pills that are very big with no trouble, then by all means buy this product. 4 stars because of the quality. December 13, 2012

Hard to swallow I usually order the capsules but this time I ordered these tablets because they were BOGO half off..........they are huge and very hard to swallow even broken in half.......will not buy these again. The Vitacost capsules really lower my cholesterol and are easy to swallow. August 16, 2012
