Most compact form of EPA DHA Studies show that you can get the same benefits by taking loads of fish oil. But my spouse cannot handle the massive pill size and because of that she takes less (or none). Krill Oil is the answer to that. And this krill oil (SKO) is outstanding and well priced to boot.
