smooth, tasty, digestible I use this powder in a blender with soy milk and a banana before a strenuous paddling workout. I've also shaken it with soy milk alone. The soy milk is sweet and so is the soy protein powder and the banana so I use some unsweetened, unflavored Jarrow's and less of the Vitacost product when I make the banana smoothy. Whether I blend or shake, it comes out smooth and I've never had indigestion from it. Now I'm going to order the chocolate! March 6, 2013

Not as good I have tried another product, same size and canister. I don't like the taste of this one and by volume, I got a lot less than with the other product. Also: this one has a lot of fructose and the other didn't. I would put the name of the other one but don't know if that would be a violation here. March 5, 2013

Also good in yogurt, homemade protein bars Very delicious vanilla shake flavor! I add half a scoop to half a cup of nonfat yogurt and mix it with fruits and veggies for lunch. I used it in protein bar recipes and the flavor is great. My only wish is that it were 50 calories less per serving, like the Sunwarrior protein powder. Other than that, it's perfect!
