Small amount of Stevia in Stevia Plus
It's hard to believe until you break out your calculator that there is only 2-1/2% Stevia extract in a one pound jar of Stevia Plus.
Yes you read that right. If you multiply 454 servings times the 25 mg servings in the jar, it comes to 11350 mg or 11.35 grams of Stevia extract in a one pound jar. There are 453.59 grams in a pound. That breaks down to roughly 2-1/2% Stevia in the jar. Compare that to the 50% Maltodextrin and 47-1/2% Inulin fiber.
Maltodextrin is usually derived from GMO corn in the US and goes under the radar in most processed foods.
Vitacost makes a great 4oz liquid Stevia product that I would highly recommend because it has a very large ratio of Stevia and a coconut oil by-product with water.

Perfect for any size job!
Love the size and wide lide to scoop. Stevia is great to cook with or just for coffee.Taste great, just go easy or it will have a after taste.

You Have to Get Use to the Fiber
I have enjoyed using Stevia for years and am aware of the health benefits. I was using this product to sweeten my tea. I drink about 64 ounces a day of herbal tea, but found that when using this product it caused me to have a lot of gas, so I stopped using it and went back to my regular Stevia.
I will try using it again and use less. I have consumed other products with insulin fiber and have not had the problem.
I can't help wonder if others have not had the same problem. This why I gave the product only three stars.
