"I tried this with the bone booster although took both at different times of the day and both cause severe bloating and discomfort. Obviously there are some ingredients in NSI brands that bother me and this is one product I cannot take. I had tried the Garden of Life similar bone building system and it caused a similar problem. I went back to the Jarrow Bone Up which I am NOT allergic to!"

"I have only been using this product for a few weeks. I take it in the morning and take calc/mag in the evening. I haven't noticed any changes in my nails yet and figure this will be an indicator when they start to firm up. I feel great however. No aches or pains. Will give it a few months try because I have done research on this product and believe it will help."

"I have been using NSI strontium to improve my bone density. This has worked! Several years of supplements along with good amount of D3, some calcium and magnesium, has shown a marked improvement in most recent bone test. Follow instructions and be sure to take strontium several hrs apart from any calcium. I will definitely continue with this. Good value."
