Best Multi on the market Based on looking at formuilas of many multi vitamin-mineral products, this is one of the best formulas on the market, especially for the price. 6 pills a day, not worth it For you readers like me that sometimes miss the fine print, this isn't a one-a-day, this is SIX capsules a day - translating to $30 a month for a vitamin supplement. Wow, I am so disappointed. I'm not sure why any supplement would recommend 6 pills at once, considering all daily requirements are in abundance at that point. I wouldn't mind so much if I felt a positive effect, but I haven't noticed any difference in my daily energy/mood. April 14, 2013
