Great Whole Food Multi This is a great whole food multi! I would go with this one if you need the extra iron; if you don't need the extra iron (post menopause) vitacost has a whole food multi without added iron. March 23, 2013

I could definitely feel a difference Typically I do not review the supplements I use, due to the fact that I am relatively healthy and usually do not feel any different. Plus I am not one to make outrageous claims about supplements. With Vitacost Synergy Viva however, I actually felt a difference from day one. For one, I did not experience that daily feeling of extreme afternoon fatigue that I had become accustomed to. Plus, my hair seems fuller and healthier looking. Skin also looks pretty clear these days. The only thing that is kind of a drag is having to take 6 capsules per day and that it only comes in a 15 day supply... but I guess I can live with that with all of the other benefits.
