Not a good product for me This product caused some abdominal pain, and as soon as I stopped taking it, the pain decreased. I'm going to try to return it. May 28, 2013

healthy but......... This might be really good for you and I'm sure it is but unfortunatley it gave me bad diarrhea and I had to stop taking it :( I did a little research and found that some people have this happen. If you can tolerate it I'm sure it's good stuff. My rating is based on the effect on me not the quality of the Turmeric May 6, 2013

Highly recommend the Vitacost brand I take this supplement as part of a preventative plan for my health. I have used other name brands and prefer the Vitacost brand. The Vitacost brand has the same manufacturing standards, and pharmaceutical grade Sabinsa C3 as the name brands, is easier to swallow, and doesn't stain my hands as other name brands do. Plus the cost is much more affordable. I also appreciate that Vitacost lists the exact make up of the curcumin on the product label. Some of the name brands do not. May 2, 2013

Better absorption, standardized formula! Although I frequently cook with turmeric, I know that the curcumin from it is not well-absorbed, so I also supplement. This product is an outstanding formulation. Since it is standardized, you know that you are getting consistent dosing. Also, the Bioperine helps with absorption. I also recommend the Life Extensions Formula Super Bio Curcumin. Although it is a bit more expensive, you only need one smaller capsule to achieve the same dosage as two slightly larger capsules of this product. I take a lot of supplements, so this is an issue for me. However, I believe both products give comparable results, and I highly recommend them both. April 29, 2013
