No problems, cheap cost The cost of this is good but I would prefer no Vitamin K1. The dosage of MK4 is extremely low and MK4 needs to be taken 3 times a day for best results. MK4 dosage is usually at least 5 mg and up to 15mg three times a day. The dosage of MK7 is sufficient. I recommend Thorne Research MK4. Each drop of this liquid supplement gives you 1 mg, very flexible dosage. Since I have this Ultra K, I take this every other day for some MK7 and take the Thorne research MK4. I will probably not buy this again unless I decide to let my husband keep taking it since he does not eat many green leafy veggies. He takes the other MK4 also. I will probably buy the Carlson MK7 supplement to use with the Thorne Research MK4. I do eat my veggies and do not need extra K1. March 13, 2013
