"I bought this product to aid in sleeping. I tried it for two weeks, but it did nothiing. I rated it fair, because someone else might have better results. Also, agree with other posts, the smell is horrific."

"Bad medicine from a doctor and repetitive work injuries made about 3 hours sleep for me a night for over 3 years. I found this product, other valerian from other companies didn't do much, and I'm learning to sleep again. Sleep means healing. NSI products are the best."

"I've tried many things to help me fall asleep, but NSI Valerian Root Complex is hands down the best. Two of these capsules knocks me out completely. And the best part is I don't feel groggy in the morning. For a good night's sleep, try this product. The only down side is the awful smell. It's worth it."

"Valerian root really does help you to stay asleep. My teen age daughter can take it w no side effects. However it gives me a hangover the next morning, worse than Benedryl. I am going to try a lower dose."
