been using for some time great product, have been using for some time and will cont. to use January 15, 2013

easy to take I like this because I only need to take one tablet for the whole day since it's "sustained release". With other tablets, I'd need to take one twice a day because the body only absorbs 500mgs at a time, and 1,000mgs is the recommended amount per day. It's just so much easier. January 4, 2013

I can tell it works I bought this product in order to help boost my immunity for allergy season. I take 1 along with a tsp of local honey. I feel like it's helping so far. I will keep using this throughout the fall. September 12, 2012
