Awfully large I take at least one of these every day. I think the product is good as everyone around me seems to get sick frequently and I do not catch whatever they are suffering from. I'm a Vitamin C fan thanks to Linus Pauling and the only reason I gave 4 stars is that these tablets are probably the largest tablets I have every swallowed! LOL! However, bottom line is that the product is good and the price, as usual cannot be beat! November 21, 2012

Best "C" available I take 4 of these per day as I am being treated for knee problems and in my prime of healing. I space them out and as they are sustained release I know my body is actually able to use this dose. No stomach upset, but wish these were capsules to break down even better in my system. I take with Quercetin 500 for better "C" absorption, and antioxidant benefits. Been using for 3 years now. June 10, 2010

These TABLETS are HUGE! I think I must have purchased these by mistake, as I dislike tablets. Moreover, these tablets are HUGE! No way I can swallow them whole and have to grind them in my powerful blender (with my smoothie). So I cannot really comment on their time-release effectiveness. I would buy the capsules instead.
