Vitacost Vitamin C with Zinc I like the smallish capsules. I hate taking horse pill vitamins and these are really easy to swallow. I think just getting the RDA is sufficient when it comes to Vitamin C but lets face it Vitamin C is only in so many foods that we eat consistently. So I find supplementing my diet with these caps is a sound investment in my health. December 16, 2011
