Combines two needed vitamins in proper doses This is a convenient way of assuring that you are getting BOTH vitamins D3 and K2, thus supporting needed calcium for bone health, while avoiding calcification of soft tissues, such as blood vessels; the latter would be a problem without the K2. That is, one should NOT supplement with calcium and D3 unless one also supplements with K2. This little sublingual 'dot' is just what is needed. The other reviewer who complained about the other ingredients can't be serious or has no appreciation for the quantities of these involved. You need have no concerns. July 31, 2012
