Excellent Source of Vital Nutrition! This product is nearly everything a woman needs in relation to nutrition. It has protein, fiber, tons of vitamins & minerals. I mix this in a smoothy with a little green superfood & frozen fruit and I am good to go. I too, like the other reviewer think that there is too much "taste" to this product. It is a bit overkill on the vanilla flavor. If you toned that down a bit, it would be dynamo! I still drink it every day though! November 19, 2012

too strong taste I like it has all the vitamins and mineral as multivitamins. It is to mix in my blender bottle. Bad part is too sweet and salty in my taste. Since I had to mix with my grain powder to reduce of sugar, I take less powder intake. I didn't compare price value. October 26, 2011
