Very effecitve and good price I used to suffer from frequent yeast infections (about every two months). I have been taking the YST Management for about 6 months now and have not had a yeast infection in that time. I am very pleased with this product. April 24, 2013

Vitacost YST Management† Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules at least 1 hour before breakfast, and 2 at bedtime, at least two hours after eating, until desired results are achieved, or as directed by a physician. Always take on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. For maintenance, 1 capsule at bedtime.
