Maybe it's me... ...but this particular formula of zinc supplement did not absorb into my body very well. My Spectracell results showed that I had a zinc insufficiency, in spite of my taking Vitacost Zinc for at least a year. It may work well for someone else--just not for me, so my doctor suggested I try another brand. I'm giving the product three stars, though, because it may very well be a great product, it didn't make me nauseous, and it's very affordable.
