"I use a LOT of supplements and most of them are very good, but this is the only one for which I can make this claim: The harder I train, the better it seems to work. Three capsules (two for women) on an empty stomach right before bed gives the deepest, most recuperative, refreshing sleep imaginable. I wake up totally relaxed. This is the perfect compliment to a grueling workout routine."
