I love the spelt Rotini because it cooks just like regular wheat pasta. It's a great alternative to non organic wheat products. I'd recommend it to anyone who's avoiding regular wheat pasta's.

Great All-purpose Noodle
The Vitaspelt White Rotini works great for most recipes that call for noodles. Texture and flavor are as good or better than traditional wheat noodles.
