Great taste and texture! My hubby and I both love this pasta! We swtiched from white pasta to whole wheat pasta many years ago but I found that the ww pasta would cause bloating and digestive issues with me. I do not have celiac disease but found wheat not cooperating with my system. I've now switched to spelt pasta and no problems. My hubby fought the transition from white to ww and could never quite "like" ww pasta. He loves this spelt pasta. The taste is great and the texture is not as heavy. AND...Vitacost has the best price I've found! February 3, 2013

ok for 100% and healthy these are pretty good...but although I mainly use 100% sometimes it is nice to have the white version,same brand. I bought both for variety. February 3, 2013
