Not Sure If These Are Doing Anything I decided to try these instead of the usual Chrisin and Long Jack tablets I was taking for the Gym Workouts. I haven't lost any strength, but also haven't noticed any gains. I will go back to the Long-Jack-Chrisin formula again when the bottle is finished. June 15, 2011
