Morning Start Not only a great way to start my morning but also getting my required protein extra vitamins along with my daily supplements. I always add frozen fruit, not only tastes good but thickens the shake to can eat with a spoon. April 18, 2013

Thick I expected more from this product because of the reviews I read. I have tried mixing it in a blender and a shaker, adding more water than what is called for. Still, it's very thick and chalky tasting. Even using ice in the blender to lighten it up doesn't cut it. Disappointed. February 26, 2013

Pour 8 oz. of water into shaker cup, add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and 1 ice cube. Shake well. For best results, put 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage in a blender with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and blend on highest setting for 30 to 60 seconds. Adjust liquid to desired thickness.
