Good meal replacement I usually make this for breakfast when I'm on the go! It's nice and thick when made in a blender. The only complaint I have is I wish it's had more of a 'cappuccino' taste. ' March 6, 2013

Pour 8 oz. of water into shaker cup; add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and 1 ice cube. Shake well. For best results, put 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage in a blender with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and blend on highest setting for 30 to 60 seconds. Adjust liquid to desired thickness.
