Great flavor. Not as gritty as other powders I've tried. The Walker line is by far my favorite shake mix. Blends easily and tastes good with unsweetened almond milk or just water. Keeps me full for hours and I have sustained energy when I make this shake for breakfast. So far, the chocolate flavor is my favorite. I would recommend this product. It's a good value, too. The best shake out there! You will not be disappointed!! Simply the best low carb/high protein meal replacement out there! Blends very easily, though I mix it with a blender and ice and it really thickens up, almost feels like a dessert! I've tried others but this tastes far better than any other. Walker Diet® Meal Replacement Drink Chocolate Directions

Pour 8 oz. of water into shaker cup; add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and 1 ice cube. Shake well. For best results, put 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage in a blender with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and blend on highest setting for 30 to 60 seconds. Adjust liquid to desired thickness.
