"I love this stuff, it couldn't be simpler. I actually put it in the blender with the cup of water and several ice cubes. I always have it for breakfast. I was buying the pre-mixed Atkins drinks. But, they are expensive and Walker is much cheaper by comparison."

"I have to say I was very surprised at just how good this taste. Even with all the good reviews I was skeptical. Happily I can say it is very good. I usually make it for breakfast, I put it in the blender bottle I get from this site and wow what a great meal replacement."

"I was very happy to find a protein drink that was low carb! The taste is yummy. (Definitely serve it cold - add ice cubes.) However, I have a senstive stomach and I can only drink a diluted serving every couple of days, otherwise I get a stomach ache from all the protein...I guess it takes my stomach too long to digest? This is not a slam against the product - it's my system that causes the problems. If you have no issues with your stomach, this product would be great for you. Great price, yummy taste and low carb."

Walker Diet Meal Replacement Drink Chocolate Directions

Pour 8 oz. of water into shaker cup, add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and 1 ice cube. Shake well. For best results, put 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage in a blender with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and blend on highest setting for 30 to 60 seconds. Adjust liquid to desired thickness.
