Good stuff Excellent flavor and texture....I often "boost" it a bit by adding a level tablespoon of Nestle Strawberry Quik and a packet of stevia; also good with a half cup or so, of fresh strawberries or blueberries. Bottom line: a great product at an excellent price! February 28, 2013

Walker Diet® Meal Replacement Drink Strawberry Directions

Pour 8 oz. of water into shaker cup, add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and 1 ice cube. Shake well. For best results, put 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage in a blender with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and blend on highest setting for 30 to 60 seconds. Adjust liquid to desired thickness.
