Good flavor and it gets really thick I know rating something on flavor/taste is very subjective so please keep that in mind. I, personally, like the flavor, especially compared to other shake drinks. It's just more of a natural vanilla flavor. I also love the fact that it gets crazy thick. To the point where I'm shaking my glass to get the last of it out. I've taken to using a straw so I don't waste any. It mixes very well in a shaker cup so it's great to keep it on hand at work for a quick lunch or snack. Great mix of vitamins and minerals. I'll be trying the chocolate next. March 2, 2013

Delicious! I make a shake every morning and never get tired of it.I vary the drinks by adding a little frozen fruit so I have a unique flavor every day.Sometimes I add a spoonful of raw oatmeal, too. I don't now if it adds any flavor but I like to think that it makes it even more healthy. January 17, 2013

Walker Diet Meal Replacement Drink Vanilla Directions

Pour 8 oz. of water into shaker cup, add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and 1 ice cube. Shake well. For best results, put 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage in a blender with 2 to 3 ice cubes. Add 2 rounded scoops of shake mix and blend on highest setting for 30 to 60 seconds. Adjust liquid to desired thickness.
