As a dietary supplement, mix two scoops (11g) with 16 fl. oz. water and take within 30-45 minutes prior to exercise or physical activity.

Avoid mixing creatine monohydrate with hot beverages, acidic beverages (orange juice, grapefruit juice, etc.) and caffeinated beverages, as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the product. Increase your intake of fluids (water) while taking this product.
