Add three (3) level scoops (45g) of DYNAMIC MUSCLE BUILDER® with 8 fl.oz (240ml) cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. Use an electric blender or a shaker bottle to mix thoroughly. Serve immediately. Consume 1-3 servings per day with or between meals depending on your calorie goals.
