Weider White Hot is an advanced thermogenic and should be used in conjunction with a calorie restricting diet and moderate aerobic exercise (30-40 minutes, 3-4 times a week).

White Hot is designed to manage weight loss by supporting fat oxidation and helping to reduce glucose conversion to fat, which is believed to support appetite control.
