Seems good but didn't work for me I bought this gripe water after reading positive reviews on this and other sites. The ingredients and manufacturing practices seem great, a very natural product. Unfortunately, it didn't help my son one bit!!! I can't rate it too poorly because everybody is different and I do see that it works for many others. August 21, 2012

Shake Well. May be taken directly by dropper or mixed with baby formula up to 6 times in a 24 hour period. We recomend discarding 6 weeks after opening (due to reduced potency).

Warnings

Do not give to child if they are allergic to any of the ingredients. Since infants have immature immune systems a possibility exists that an infant may have a rare allergic reaction. Should not be given if there is a history of kidney failure or renal problems.
