I like the combination of the calcium and the Vit D. I liked the idea of a liquid because I take several supplements a day and didn't want one more pill to swallow. The taste was good at first but I find it hard to get down now. The taste is a cross between a Bayer baby aspirin and a creamsicle. March 21, 2013

Shake well.

Adults and children over the age of 9, take 2 measuring tablespoons (1 oz) daily or 1 measuring tablespoon (1/2 oz) twice daily with meals. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.

May be taken directly or mixed in water or fruit juice. Wash dosage cup after each use. Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. Best if used within 3 months after opening.
