Shake well before each use.

Adults and children ages 6 and older, take 2 tablespoons (1 oz/30ml) daily.

May be taken directly or mixed in water or juice. Wash dosage cup after each use. Daily intake my be increased to 2 or 3 times per day. Product may be stored at room temperature, or refrigerated after opening for added freshness. Consume product within 60 days after opening.

This product contains natural ingredients that can darken and settle over time. This does not affect quality, potency or purity.
