Wellesse Vitamin D3 Maximum Strength 5000 IU is like sunshine in a bottle, in just 2 teaspoons a day of this fast absorbing, sugar free, great tasting liquid supplement. It is an ideal solution for individuals identified as Vitamin D deficient that have been instructed to take a higher dose by their health professional.
Vitamin D3 is the preferable form of Vitamin D. It helps to proactively support a healthy immune system by aiding the body's natural defenses and helps promote bone, teeth, breast and colon health.
Vitamin D may be helpful especially for overweight individuals, those with limited sun exposure, dark skin or with health conditions that cause malabsorption of Vitamin D.
Research has shown that nutrients from liquid sources can be more easily absorbed than from pills or tablets.
Wellesse Vitamin D3 5000 IU liquid is the natural choice to support healthy levels of Vitamin D in your body.
Adults take 2 teaspoons (5000 IU) daily. Do not exceed daily serving unless directed by your health professional. May be taken directly, with or without food or mixed in water or juice. Wellesse Vitamin D3 Liquid Apple Berry -- 5000 IU - 16 fl oz
I like that this is a liquid; however, I have a difficult time pouring such a small amount. I worry about pouring too much or too little; hence only four stars.
