Shake Well.

Adults and children over the age of 12, take 2 teaspoons daily (1000 IU) and children ages 4 to 12 take 1 teaspoon (500 IU) daily, or as directed by your physician, pharmacist or health professional. May be taken with or without food. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.

May be taken directly by moth or mixed in water or fruit juice. Wash dosage cup after each use. Product may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated after opening for added freshness.

Wellesse Vitamin D2 is made with natural ingredients that can change color over time. Product quality, potency and purity are not affected.
