I hate to write a bad review for anything, but this product just isn't up to par with others such as Wally's and even a family owned biz I used to buy from.
1. If I was a 1st time ear candle user, the instructions included here would have baffled me completely.
2. The incense stick is a nice touch, but I wondered if I was supposed to use it with the candle? Again, a 1st time user would be very confused.
3. The tips of the ear candles are supposed to be open. It's not exactly that these were smashed closed, it actually looks like the maker didn't intend for them to be open! I had to cut the tip off to make it usable.
4. The candles burned in 5-10 min. A good candle lasts about 20 minutes.
All in all, I chose this brand for the low price, and I got what I paid for. I won't make that mistake again.

best price, best product
my family and I use this product when cleaning is needed. Other brands are a lot more expensive, but not any better quality or effect. We were very happy to find this available here. It encouraged us to use it more.

Ok... For your money
I have not used candles in a few years, but my husbands ears have been hurting, so we desided to try some. They did not work like the ones I've used in the past. They did get some wax out, but not nearly what I expected, and they seemed to burn way to fast. They were the cheapest ones I could find. I thought they would be just as good as another brand, but now I think I'm wrong. I'll probably go with some others next time
