Makes (8) 4-inch Yummy Gluten Free Pancakes
1 cup All-Purpose/Pancake Mix
1 cup Milk (Non-Dairy or Dairy)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar Oil or Cooking Spray
Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F. Grease with cooking spray or 1 tbsp oil. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear).
Whisk all ingredients until blended. Pour 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
Cook until edges are golden crisp. Flip and repeat. Center should become cooked through. Enjoy!
To use this product in your own recipe Subtract: ½ tsp Baking Soda and ½ tsp Salt
