Wholesome Chow's Organic Gluten Free Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Mix makes the world's most delicious, moist and easy to prepare muffins. In just under 5 minutes you can have this muffin batter baking in the oven. With no eggs or dairy required, these are the perfect allergy-friendly treat!


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin pan (or line with liners).
  2. In a medium bowl combine: ¼ cup Oil, ¼ cup Milk (Non Dairy or Dairy) and 1/3 cup Lemon Juice.
  3. Add the entire Baking Mix contents into the liquid mixture and stir with a spoon until batter is completely moistened.
  4. Portion batter into muffin pan: 1/2 full for 9 muffins, 3/4 full for 6 muffins.
  5. Place into oven and bake for 25-28 minutes for 9 muffins, or 28-30 minutes for 6 muffins, r until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Remove pan from the oven once finished baking and let sit for 5 minutes, then transfer muffins to a cooling rack.
  7. Enjoy once cool, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
