Good for coffee Trying not to eat a lot of sugar. Its cane not beet so its a bit better but still sugar. Not much info on the package other than that. Do not like honey in coffee so this is it. Doesn't seem quite as sweet as the white supermarket brand. Have not used it to cook with. The grains are not very fine....more like crystals. It suits my needs. February 20, 2013

great sugar, not super-fine tho The crystals of this sugar are a bit on the large side, not 100% suitable for baking. I have used this sugar a lot, and it is OK. But if you are a perfectionist, an avid baker, you may not love this product. Otherwise, I do recommend it. December 12, 2011
