Great stuff! I bought this tea because of its associated alternative medicine properties, it works great! I was worried about the taste, tree bark and all, and figured it was probably very medicinal in taste but it's not. It actually has a nice flavor and I drink it without sugar or honey. If you are looking for Pau'd Arco Tea, I definitely recommend this brand! January 27, 2012

Wisdom Natural Pau d'Arco Herbal Tea Directions

Bring water to a simmer. Do not boil. Use one tea bag per 8 oz. of water.

Ancient Guarani formula: Add 12-14 tea bags to two quarts water (demineralized water is preferred), heat slowly and then simmer for 10 minutes. DO NOT BOIL and DO NOT USE METAL POT. Remove tea bags from heat and add equal amount of Yerba Mate Royale® herbal tea. Steep 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Refrigerate unused portion.
